Sei Shihan Roger Thyer-Jones
He is currently a 6th Degree Black belt and UK Branch Chief of the World Seido Karate Organisation and has trained and examined over 100s of black belts. Self Defence and Martial Arts Alliance Master Instructor, previously headed Immigration Intelligence Liaison working against immigration related organised crime before he retired to focus on teaching martial arts full-time. He has written his autobiography, "Dogs on the Runway", detailing his fascinating life. His enthusiasm for improving all aspects of his life is infectious.
Kyoshi Stuart Wilson
He is currently a 5th degree black belt and started training with Sei Shihan Roger in 1985 and was his first adult student. Stuart started the Tylers Green Dojo in 2001 and runs the adult and children’s progamme. A qualified fitness instructor, Stuart has much experience teaching a variety of students including those with physical disabilities and learning difficulties. He is natural instructor with a gift for putting students at their ease and his many skills make him a hard taskmaster for those seeking to challenge themselves to the full.
Kyoshi Stephen Fincham
He is currently a 5th degree black belt and started Seido Karate in the children’s programme 30 years ago. Stephen runs the adult and children’s programmes at both Lacey Green and Fairford Leys Dojos where you will find a very friendly family atmosphere. A place where students of all abilities can train in a safe supportive & and respectful environment. Kyoshi Stephen teaches in a calm and relaxed manner and has the depth of knowledge to really develop his students in all areas and bring out the best in them.
